Full service (20% of the refund): in select states where non-attorney representation is allowed, we file and submit your evidence for the board's written decision (no hearing for you (or us) to attend), with no upfront cost. If we don't win, you don't pay.

The $29 DIY packet covers all 254 Texas counties today — Harris County (Houston) has our most automated flow, and every other Texas county is supported through Self-Input. When do I pay?
DIY packet ($29): paid upfront via Stripe. Full service (20% of refund): nothing until your refund posts. If your appeal doesn't win, you owe $0.
What about my privacy?
We never store the property owner name from public records. Account/address data lives in your private dashboard, accessible only to you. Stripe handles card details — we never see them.
